Join us for the first walk of The Road Less Traveled Walking Club, O, Miami’s new community walking series. Each walk highlights one of our Civic Publishing projects throughout the city, inviting participants to explore public art, local landmarks, and the neighborhoods that make up Miami.

For this walk, we’ll meet by our new ZipOdes installation (right by the AMC), bringing poetry to passersby at the mall. From there, we’ll follow a 2-mile indoor path, exploring public art installations by Ugo Rondinone and Tom Friedman, and taking poetry pauses to write our own poems along the way.

This walk also serves as a warm-up for the Give Miami Day 5K, taking place on Sunday, November 16. Join our Give Miami Day 5K team, The Runners Haiku, here.
