Join O, Miami and Public Works Records for an evening of “Songs for Poets.”
Each song presented was created during the month of April 2019 as part of a series of collaborations between South Florida-based poets and musicians.
Through a series of workshops and meetings, each poet-musician songwriting pair collaborated to create brand-new songs that explore the divide between poetry and lyrics.
This evening is the first time the songs will be played live, but who knows? Maybe this is the beginning of a new Nobel Prize-winner.
