Join us for our Opening Weekend celebration of poetry & education as writers spanning ages and zip codes share their talents on the big stage. You’ll hear poetry by participants in O, Miami's year-round education initiative: students in our in-school Sunroom program, creatives from the Greenhouse summer apprenticeship, teaching artists, audiobook contributors, and more!

Hosted by Poet Arsimmer McCoy and special performances by the Carol City Marching Chiefs & Band Director Zafere White, Miami-Dade elementary + middle school students, Mikah Amani, Iman Clark, Surayyah Muhammad, Isa Marie Garcia, Ranijun Ruado, Amelia Badri, Bill Kearney, Elizabeth Echemendia, Nija Maxwell, Anthony Miley, Laurah Merisier, and more!
