Did you know the Miami Zine Fair started as an O, Miami Poetry Festival project?

This year, join us and EXILE Projects as we celebrate South Florida’s civic publishing and independent print culture with the official release of our new publication, Forager: A Subjective Guide to Miami’s Edible Plants.

Authors will be signing copies of the revised and expanded edition of Forager, originally released in 2014. The 2025 edition features a new introduction, updated entries on the region’s edible plants, original poems from O, Miami’s archive, and so much more!

Plus, join us for an all-day poetry exchange: Words for Refreshment. Write a poem and exchange it for Materva, Jupiña, and Cawy sodas. Available while supplies last.

Forager: A Subjective Guide to Miami’s Edible Plants (O, Miami Books, 2025)—now in a revised and expanded edition— provides a full-color window into South Florida’s foraging culture. This updated volume features a new introduction, new and updated entries on the region’s edible plants, as well as delightful original poems from O, Miami’s archive.
