"If I Am the Books, Then You Are the Words"

If I Am the Book, Then You Are the Words is a series of posters (and one bookmark) created by O, Miami to be exhibited at Miami‑Dade Public Library System locations. Each poster features a short poetic excerpt written by a third or fourth grade student as part of O, Miami’s Sunroom Education Program. The posters were designed by Noah Levy.

The program places professional poets‑in‑residence at four Miami‑Dade County Public Schools: Orchard Villa Elementary, Poinciana Park Elementary, Holmes Elementary and Emerson Elementary. The Sunroom teaches poetry as a means of self‑expression and uses public art projects to extend the reach of the students’ work.
