Matt Gajewski's Pure Imagination, featuring the Mountain Dew Code Red Terror Alert Band, makes its polite return to Miami with a brand-new show inspired by Miami.
Pure Imagination originated in 2004 as a radio program on Miami's 90.5 WVUM featuring darkly comic short stories set to music. It has since evolved into a podcast and live performance series at Miami's Sweat Records and various spaces in Brooklyn.
