The Jellyfish Jam is a space to connect through movement and words, led by choreographer, journalist, and yoga teacher Allegra Preuss.

We'll start with poetry-inspired yoga to get comfortable and warm, and transition into a guided dance party to sweat, have fun, and enjoy the freedom of the outdoors.

You don't have to be a poet, dancer, or writer to enjoy this experience.

Together we will awaken our inner artist.
