O, Miami kicked off the 2013 festival at Miami-Dade culinary institution El Palacio de los Jugos on West Flagler.
We unveiled the 2013 tote bag with media partner WLRN-Miami Herald News; gave away free food; and invited all visitors to write a poem for the "That's So Miami" poetry contest.
It rained. A lot.
